Workshop Policies

Please arrive to your class 5 minutes early.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy, refunds will not be provided if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of class.

We have a zero tolerance policy for any type of hate speech or bullying. Side Project is a safe and welcoming place to people of all backgrounds and creeds, any one who violates this policy will be asked to leave. 

We are a pet friendly space, but not every workshop or event is suitable for animals. Please reach out ahead of time if you are planning to bring a service animal or pet so that we may make arrangements. All pets must be approved in advance.

We offer sliding scale pricing for many of our classes in an attempt to make them as accessible as possible. Please be honest with yourself and pay what you are able to afford so that we can continue to sustain our community space and support the artists and instructors we work with. 

We often take pictures during workshops and events. By entering our space you are consenting for you and your work to appear in content that may be used for marketing and promotional purposes. If you are not comfortable with this, please reach out ahead of time or let us know when you arrive.

Due to limited space in our workshops, we recommend registering in advance. We can not guarantee seats for walk-ins.

All workshop participants receive 15% off their purchase in the gallery shop and at Half Shell Vintage next door on the day of their class.

 

Shop Policies

All shop items are officially final sale, however we may offer exchanges or store credit in certain instances. Please reach out if you have any questions, or experience an issue with an item or artwork you purchased.

 

Pickup & Shipping

Items may be picked up during store hours (12-5pm Fri-Mon, 11-7pm Sat). If you selected shipping for your purchase, we ship orders every 1-2 weeks. Please reach out if you need your item shipped more expeditiously.
